About Me: Philip DEVILLE
Hi, I’m Philip DEVILLE, a 50-year-old father, former American football player, and tennis enthusiast who, like so many others, got caught in the cycle of stress and junk food. Today, I’m not the man I used to be—and I can barely stand myself because of it. Overweight, out of shape, and unable to run or do the sports I once loved, I’ve hit rock bottom.
My wake-up call came when I couldn’t fit into my favorite suit for my son’s birthday party. The shame and disgust I felt in that moment were unbearable. But it was also my turning point—the moment I decided to take my life back and go from FAT HEAD to FIT HEAD.
I love food. I love sugar. I’ve eaten all the wrong things for years, and it’s no one’s fault but my own. I know the struggles of being overweight because I live them every day. Overeating is emotional, and I understand how tough it can be to break free. But I also know what it takes to reshape our bodies, and I’m determined to prove it’s possible.
That’s why I created this blog—a space to share my weight loss journey and build a community of men and women who are ready to make a change. Together, we’ll find the motivation, share the tools, and support each other in achieving our goals. Because let’s face it: it’s much easier to do this with friends by your side.
